On Saturday, May 30th, DACS is cosponsoring a Small Business Workshop with the Danbury Library along with SCORE, Savings Bank of Danbury, and other local organizations on Running a Restaurant. This 2 hour workshop will begin at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 30 at the Danbury Library. You will learn what’s important in starting a restaurant and how to keep it running smoothly and successfully.
If you are currently running a restaurant or looking into it, you should attend this information packed event presented by Mark Moeller, President of the Recipe of Success, a consulting firm specializing in Operations/Training, operational & financial turnarounds, and new restaurant openings. He has owned two restaurants, one in Manhattan – a French crepery and a bistro in New Jersey and is partners in Liquid Lunch located in Shelton and Milford Connecticut.
