WordPress uses Themes to display the content, and once you’ve decided on a theme that best suits your purpose, it’s time to customize and make it your own. However, customizations are best done in a “Child Theme”. At the April meeting I demonstrated how to start a child theme based on one of the default themes that ships with WordPress. We created the necessary folder and files, and started creating some content.
